I am making css like
<head><style type="text/css">span.blue{color:blue;}</style>;
并使用
<html>I am <span class=blue>red</span></html>;
现在,我想避免在《html法典》中采用这一跨度和类别字句。
<html>I am <blue>red</blue></html>;

Sure, you can do this if you like: http://jsbin.com/uhiyoj
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset=utf-8 />
<style>
blue {
color: blue
}
</style>
</head>
<body>
<blue>Hello World</blue>
</body>
</html>
Just stick with <span class="blue">
.

Firstly your HTML is not valid and does not declare a doc type. You content has to be between <body>
for a start.
Secondly, you might be able to get away with having a blue:{ color:blue} in your style and defining your blue tag but it would make your css and your html completely invalid and 0% chance of it being cross browser compatiable.
