from what im seeing, you have set the environment variable name different from the name you are reading it. In the .env.local the name is NEXT_PUBLIC_MET_API_KEY , but in the code you are reading NEXT_PUBLIC_META_CRM_API_KEY.

Try Chang name in the .env. local file to NEXT_public_META_CRM_API_KEY
