我有以下科安会。

        font-family: Arial;    
        font-size: 12px;       
        color: #666666;        
        line-height: 18px;     
        background: url( ../bg.jpg ) no-repeat bottom left;
}

Rules for body strangely stopped to be applied. When I change the parameters nothing happens. I solved it as follows.

body {
            font-family: Arial;    
            font-size: 12px;       
            color: #666666;        
            line-height: 18px;     
            background: url( ../bg.jpg ) no-repeat bottom left;
    }
body {
            font-family: Arial;    
            font-size: 12px;       
            color: #666666;        
            line-height: 18px;     
            background: url( ../bg.jpg ) no-repeat bottom left;
    }

而当我删除一个机构{......}时,它就没有工作。
