LWP默认为GET和HEAD处理3xx重定向（我认为您正在调用这些htaccess重定向），但您可以通过设置requests_redirectable选项，或者通过子类化LWP并捕获requests_ok回调，或者通过调用simple_request而不是request来修改这一点。
