In Xcode, add a Unit Test target named "test" to the application project (Add Target / Cocoa Touch Unit Test Bundle)
Add the Kiwi reference to the PodFile (as you have above)
run pod install.
Edit the schema for your primary target, add the unit test target to the Tests tab (so you can do cmd-U)
Add the path to the Main Target s executable to the BundleLoader build setting in the Unit Test Target : eg. $(BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR)/Foo.app/Foo
Add your Kiwi tests to the test target
