查看lokad源代码StorageModule：

builder.Register(BlobStorageProvider);
builder.Register(QueueStorageProvider).OnRelease(queues => queues.AbandonAll());
builder.Register(TableStorageProvider);
builder.Register(CloudStorageProviders).OnRelease(storage => storage.QueueStorage.AbandonAll());

除了注册CloudStorageProviders类型外，还注册了每个特定的提供程序（ITableStorageProviderIBlobStorageProvider和IQueeStorageProvider<.code>）。您必须明确注册所有这些，才能完全覆盖现有的注册。
